Hi,
I'm responding to a request for feedback on Toronto clubbing.  It is off the hook!  I live in NYC, I've been to Ibiza, to England, France and across the country clubbing.  Toronto is unmatched!  I love clubbing there so much so, that I make several trips to Toronto every year to get my fix.  I highly recommend first time visitors to Toronto to go to the Guvernment on a Saturday night, because its just an incredible experience, although the music is not exceptional.  For afterhours, definitely head to Comfort Zone at the intersection of College and Spadina Aves.  Look out for DJ ADDY@Comfort Zone; he is a super outstanding DJ. 
Another good DJ is Myka.
