Review Six years in the making, has it been worth the wait?  To be honest no!  There are nine tracks on the album, I have reviewed them individually below.
Wavy Gravy - First track to be released as a single from the album.  Haunting ambient synths over simple break beats building to a nice floaty melody.  More of a soundtrack than a dance track 4/5
Immortal
- Another breaks track, deep and dark bassline overlaid with spacey noises. 2.5/5
Mr Tiddles
- Oriental sounding chiming synths accompanied by a beatless droning bassline.  An album filler I'm afraid! 1/5
Bloodlock
- First 4/4 track on the album, much more dancefloor friendly than the rest of the album.  Filtered chiming synths builds to a droning deep bassline eventually changing to a fat hard bassline before coming back down.  4/5
Fundamental
- Filtered breaks and sound effects again!  Not alot of variation, a sort of breakbeat Mr Tiddles.  2/5
Boilerroom
- Another breaks percussion played through a filter!  Can you see a pattern emerging here?  Reverse playing synths sounding like a bored bloke playing bagpipes, then completely changing to much beefier breaks, bass and keyboards finally winding down again.  3/5
Drempels
- Beatless slow chilled out synths, another armchair track!  2/5
Magnetic North
- Anther soundtrack sounding breakbeat track, nice laid back swirly synths and bassline one of the better ones. 3.5/5
Golden Arm
- The only other 4/4 track on the album, dubby bassline building to a heavier beat but again nothing outstanding here.  2.5/5
Overall Verdict
This is definitely an album made by Sasha the musician and not Sasha the DJ.  An album made more for listening to rather than playing in a DJ set, anybody expecting tracks like Xpander will be disappointed.  I would imagine the any further releasesfrom this album will need seriously remixing!  3/5
